Mold Removal Miami
Question. Miami, FL - My wife keeps our house like a sauna. She was in the desert during the war and she’s never recovered. She’s always saying it’s too dry in here and she runs a humidifier all year long. Our windows are dripping with condensation. We’ve got mold on everything. I even thought I spotted some mold on our kids. We hire mold remediation professionals to come in and remove the mold, but it comes right back. My question is how much humidity is too much? I’m soaking wet. My eyebrows drip water into my eyes. And the kids always look like they have just been in swimming.
Answer. Excellent question! That water on your windows is a bad sign from what I’ve read. The experts seem to agree that you should be keeping your humidity under 60% and preferable between 30% and 50%. Pick up an inexpensive moisture meter at your hardware store and see if the rainy season is just about to hit your living room.
