Gutter Cleaning New York
Question. New York, NY - Dad says I’m never going to amount to anything if I don’t get my mind out of the gutter. He’s always saying stupid things like that so I didn’t pay much attention to it, until the mother of one of my friends told me to get my mind out of the gutter. I’m ten years old and I need my mind for that stupid introductory algebra class. So I got up on a ladder and our gutters are full of gunk–and some of it looks like BRAINS! I’m scared.
Answer. Relax. They are referring to cleaning up your thoughts not recovering your brains from your roof drainage system. You might offer to clean those gutters for your dad, if he thinks it is safe. Sounds like they need it. You can scoop out the gunk. Scoop it away from the downspouts. Then hose it out good including the downspouts. Be careful on that ladder. Don’t lean it against your gutters or it might damage them. Personally, I’ve never recovered from those algebra courses.
